I think Robby is physically capable of being just as good as Kwon or Axel, it’s his mindset that is weak. He became a goody two shoes and went all bitter on Silver when things were his own fault and Kreese and Kim’s, he blamed it all on Silver and became self righteous. So it’s really his weak mindset, he’s totally an athlete though.
I agree with your rare opinion on Johnny being the weakest, always thought that too. I think it’s mainly because too many people like him, and because he’s too sure of himself in an annoying way. I’m a Silver girl though, I favor Terry.

I think Axel is even more important than Zara. Respectfully your logic doesn’t make sense their not going reveal everything in one trailer. For example Miguel’s character didn’t shine much here but Robby’s did. Miguel and Axel are endgame characters and will likely face and be more important later on. Part 2 will focus on Robby, kwon, zara, and Tory the most with Robby beating Kwon and Zara having a rivalry with Tory as evident. Robby will shine vs Kwon and cobra kai but then Axel will be the big threat that he falls to. I think Tory will have it rough but then she beats Zara to keep cobra kai in the tournament. We see pictures of Miguel in a cobra kai gi so if Robby when loses to axel and miyagi-do is out then their cooking up something big for part 3. In this situation Axel is ivan drago and Robby will be the apollo to Miguel’s Rocky.

You are correct that miguel and robby are relative. So logically speaking, Axel should also wash miguel. But it won't work out that way because main characters get plot armor and boosts in the final season. This is how story telling works. In almost every show, the main character always fights somebody that's stronger than he is in the final arc and wins
