Shukarga Lake Ghizer Valley | Gilgit Lakes

Shukarga Lake is situated at an altitude of 3660 meters above the sea level in Birgal village Ishkoman Valley Ghizer district of Gilgit-Baltistan. The best time to visit this amazing lake is during the months of June July and August. Ghizer valley is well known as land of lakes. there are numerous fresh stream lakes including Phundar lake and Khalti lake situated in Phandar valley and Khalti Valley respectively.
