Great 'boat' camping - what a fantastic idea. Would never have thought of it - camping in a swag on Sydney harbour - a million dollar view for the price of the outboard fuel. Well done Chris.
Mate!!! I knew it was you, massive fan boy. Saw you from Barangaroo Tower 3 whilst at work. Saw the tinny and a bloke standing up in it cruising... thought can’t be Chris, next thing see this video released. Hope you had a great trip and thanks for all the adventure videos.. loved em. Cheers Dave
In the '80's on weekends, in a small dingy, a mate and I used to scrub boat hulls up all the estuaries - Middle Harbour, North Harbour, Little Manly. Tried going in to Garden Island at one point. Got too close to naval ships. Warned off at gunpoint. The ill-fated HMAS Melbourne aircraft carrier was moored up where you spent your second night. Great memories. Great footage.
Dude !... You are bringing back so many memories for me with you being in my old stomping ground,... I live about 50k's from Sydney & fished the Harbor 3 to 4 times a month in my tinny but I now live in the middle of Pennsylvania USA so it's just a memory now ;)
Only one of those millions of people was aware a superhero was in town!. Thanks again for making the effort to take us along. The fish at 7:22 looks like it could be related to the flatheads.
Great stuff, you never disappoint! Thx for sharing the experience with the rest of us, its greatly appreciated and enjoyed! I wish we could all be out to experience it for ourselves but this is certainly the next best thing, great job with it all👍
Fantastic Chris, just think all this within the confines of Australia’s largest city. How lucky are we! It goes to show anyone can explore this beautiful harbour and you don’t need a million dollar boat to do it. I really enjoyed this. Mum Xx. You even picked up a pal for Wilson.
Mate those other boats looked out of place against yours at the wharf. You did a good job on that steak roll. Always guaranteed a feed of Red Rock Morwong spearing out towards north head. Thanks again
awesome so many fishing options in the harbour... theres a great reef between goat island and Simmons point full of jew, bream, snapper and kings...gotta be the best area for breaming in the country so much structure in that joint this vid gets me hyped.
Sigh...brings back memories of a place where I lived for six years once upon a time a long time ago. Reeling off the landmarks there as you tooled around the harbour. Mind you, apart from the odd outing on me mate Gary's yacht we didn't really see the place the way you did. What great fun, camping on the harbour! And what an excellent way to show off the diversity of Sydney's waterways.
Awesome vid Chris !! I’ve only been to Sydney once and it was great to see all the sights again. Your a mad bastard for getting in those bull shark filled waters. Keep up the good work 👍🏼
12:59 The joys of an unpainted tinny! First time commenter here - I just discovered your fantastic videos and binge viewing. As an old time boat swagger I commend your outstanding work. Thank you.
Awesome video! What a great way to get away from the business of a city and experience nature but still have it at your fingertips for the conveniences that come with a city when you want them. Thumbs up! 👍
Fantástico video Chris!! Me encanta como nos invitas a disfrutar de tus aventuras. Esperendo ya el siguiente vídeo y para este mil 👍👍. Saludos desde España 🇪🇸
It's very interesting to see Opera House in Sydney on your channel so close. Some day I'd like to travel Australia with my family and visit there. Anyway Thanks for another awesome video!
Welcome to Sydney Chris! My bf and I always watch your videos. The first time we watched your videos we both craved to make coffee then knock knock. And we loved to figure out where you were in each videos. It's so cool to see Wilson is in Sydney this time been so close to us haha! Hope you had a good time and come back again sometime. Parramatta river has magnificent view but other rivers in Sydney would be good to fish too like hawkesbury river/georges river/port hacking.
Hey bro, I have watched just about all of your videos. I love what you do, love your music, love the scenery, love the fishing....however, you put beets on a sandwhich. Joking with you mate!!! Keep them coming!!!
Wow this might be your most iconic Australian video yet. The views of Sydney harbour, the fishing, the cooking and the black hawks training over the cbd lol. Another great one man
The effort and attention to detail in this is next level. Excellent filming and editing, I can truly appreciate the lengths you went to and it shows in the quality of the final product. Love how it displays the diversity of the harbour. Awesome work mate.
Thanks heaps mate !! Stoked you enjoyed it 👍👍 I don’t often go to Sydney and it was a great way to see it and still feel at home 😀 really appreciate you tuning in !!
'Down Under's' best outdoors film maker without a shadow. One of your best films to date, I know how much effort it takes to set up shots, doubly so in a boat, great stuff mate......on another note though, three course meal sandwiches should come with a health warning :)
Wow that was different chris 👍 bloody love it. Can you do a vid purely fishing in the harbor, see if you can get some king fish. I heard they get pretty big in there👍👍👍🎣🎣🎣🎣 cheers mate
I still watch this one over and over again mate. Would’ve been a great couple of days away in the big smoke. I reckon your boat was the best accomodation on the harbour. Hope all is well mate. 😃🐟🐟👍
Geez, you've been doing a bit of driving. This is my back yard. Not surprised you only got a port jackson shark on the line, the harbour is fished out now. Used to get everything 20 years ago. Good onya for making the effort of coming down.
G’day Chris, that’s about as close as anyone should have to get to a major City. You’ve shown us a different perspective of such a hectic place like Sydney.Every family should have a tinnie!
Very cool Chris. Beautiful Sydney and the weather looks fab! Wilson's brother Spaulding, and Arugula ta boot! ; } Thanks for another rippa mate!! Cheers!
Great camping session mate - no place better to do it either and right on our doorstep. Ready for another boat camping session again myself - thanks for the inspiration.

How haven't how seen this before? What a great piece of work on the beauty and diversity of our harbour and surrounding bushland. Mesmerising stuff. Just what the doctor ordered while stuck in quarantine waiting to get back to my beautiful Sydney for a fish and boat. I'll have to give those public moorings a go one night.
Awesome video mate. Long time since I was in Sydney for to watch Status Quo and was not aware that we can spear fish in the harbour. You showed a side of the city which is usually seen from land. Unique views, I agree with someone else's comments that your videos should be fully edited and made into a Quantas video for a unique view of Aussie life. Can't wait for your next one. Thanks again mate.
Great 'boat' camping - what a fantastic idea. Would never have thought of it - camping in a swag on Sydney harbour - a million dollar view for the price of the outboard fuel. Well done Chris.
Perfect commentary and no bloody background music, loved it.
Warning: Contains scenes of pineapple in sandwich which some viewers may find disturbing. Another masterpiece, though. Good work!
I'm from the US and I've never seen a sandwich like that before! Not sure if it looks good or bad would like to try it though!
@@strietermarinesurvey1415 needed a little mayo then it would have been perfect

Wonderful non postcard tour of your world famous harbor with your especially comforting perspective. Thank You...(South Florida).
The lengths you will go to get these shots is extremely time consuming.
Thanks for your hard work Chris!!!
Very sneaky.... Yup, best content creator out there
So clever, should be shown on Qantas flights "This is Australia"
This is Sydney. There's a lot more to Australia!
Mate!!! I knew it was you, massive fan boy. Saw you from Barangaroo Tower 3 whilst at work. Saw the tinny and a bloke standing up in it cruising... thought can’t be Chris, next thing see this video released. Hope you had a great trip and thanks for all the adventure videos.. loved em. Cheers Dave
