Dear Inverex, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from your company. I recently purchased an Inverex inverter and it malfunctioned after only four months of use, displaying an error code 12. I submitted a warranty claim but have received no response from your company, despite numerous attempts to contact you. I am extremely disappointed that a company of your caliber is not providing customers with appropriate reply and customer support. I expect a response within the next three business days to address this issue. If I do not receive a response, I will take this matter further. I hope you take this matter seriously and provide me with the customer service I deserve.
Assalmo alaikum This Inverex Veyron 1.2 Solar Inverter Have a Major Fault by company When load is 200 to 300 watts then solar production is around 300 to 400 watts When load increase to 500 to 600 watts then solar production is decrease & locked to 300 watts only & battery discharge starts My solar setup is 2x2 sereis total 8 panels of 150 watts I think this is a PWM Charge controller with this solar inverter I invite to all Veyron 1.2 kw users to test load with solar I'm very disapointed with this type of performance Kindly test & give me a soltion Thanks

اسلام علیکم بھائی. میرے پاس سن بریج 1000 پاور میکس کا سولر انورٹر ہے, بیٹری لو ہو کر بند ہو جاتی ہے,اور انورٹر بھی بیٹری لو کا آپشن دیتا ہے, لیکن جب واپڈا کونیکٹ ہوتی ہے ہے تو بیٹری کا آخری سیل چارج ہوتا ہے, مہربانی فرما کر اس کے بارے میں رہنمائی فرما دیں. سیٹ اپ = سولر پلیٹس = 6عدد(150) واٹ ڈیوو بیٹری 23پلیٹس DIB180 ماڈل سن بریج 1000 انور کا ماڈل ہے پیرالل میں لگائے ہوئے ہیں.
میرے پاس 1.2 انوریکس کا سولر انوٹر ھے کیا میں اس کے ساتھ 550 کے 2 سولر لگا کے ہائر کمپنی کی فل سائز فریج چلا سکتا ہوں فریج انوٹر ھے جو کہ 5. 0 ایمپئر لوڈ لیتی ھے اس کے ساتھ ساتھ میں ڈی سی لوڈ بھی چلانا چاہتا ھوں 4 ایل ای لائیٹ 2 عدد اے سی/ ڈی سی فین اور بیٹری ٹیوبلر ھے 1800 والی والسلام
I don't know why you miss guiding ppl. I bought 1,2 inverex from Sajjad Solor multan one of most famous dealer just within two months it goes 3 times to service centre and now they are unable to repair it. The Service center claims it is defaulted piece go to vender and replace and the vender saying it can't replace just repaired by service center. Too much communication gap and lack of technology and lack of customer care i strongly recommend you to please don't waste your money on such foolish brand

Full 4 kva hybrid sport 5. Multi out put like heavy out put and normal load out put And also 12 v DC out put. More details software supported when wapda or soler not available my heavy load automatically shutdown. 6.
