I was sideman to Elvis in the film "Double Trouble" and am on the cover of the DVD with Elvis. I am the guy with the guitar and black hair and the blond guy on the other side of Elvis is Don our drummer. Lance also helped us on our choreography in some of the scenes. He was a very nice guy and even invited me to go motorcycle riding with Elvis and Ann Margaret, but something came up and I couldn't make it. Never mind that I didn't have a motorcycle. Lance was a good guy, friendly and unaffected. Elvis was also very gracious and friendly. I don't know how any human being could withstand the pressure that he had to endure however. Being in a movie with Elvis was a dream come true for me. In fact I mentioned to Elvis that he was my inspiration to pick up the guitar and start learning to play, never imagining that ten years after getting my first guitar I would be appearing in a movie along side of him...some dreams actually do come true.
That's amazing Elvis had such a big heart, he was probably one of the nicest guys around, in fact a co worker at my job said he came to Sedona for a concert and treated everyone to lunch, that's a pretty cool guy in my opinion

Love finding documentaries on Elvis I never seen before that has a new insight on how great Elvis was as a person. I also never knew the guy chasing the A-team was the guy sitting on the corner of the stage at the 68 comeback special or that he knew, worked with Elvis in Hollywood, and hung out with Elvis as well. How awesome.
This is most astonishing. For a little kid who grew up in England UK 🇬🇧 Being a fan of Lance and Elvis im just blown away by this. Not many interviews ive found of Lance. But considering he played real bad assed characters in his career its amazing to see him as himself having real fun here is making my year.

Joe mescheo has a problem one night in Nashville - they were in Las Vegas - and Elvis was going to fly back to Nashville to see about it. Fortunately they were able to figure it out with out flying. But Elvis was getting his plane ready to fly to Nashville to take care of it. Lol

Elvis Presley's memory will live on from generation to generation . My family and I all loved Elivs . My kids grew up loving Elvis' song's and movie's . Now my little 4 year old granddaughter even knows who Elvis is . She told me the other day ...... she said Granny , I watched Elvis on TH-cam . I said , you did ? She said , yeah ... Dixie didnt take Elvis feeling that seriously & moved on while Elvis was out playing clubs and other venues. She had another man that she got engaged to & then married. Elvis was never faithful again. He broke so many hearts after.
MONTE NICHOLSON IN HIS BOOK ENTITLED "THE PRESLEY ARRANGEMENT" TELLS THAT THE BODY THAT WAS AUTOPSIED WAS A MAN RESEMBLING ELVIS WHO HAD DIED OF CANCER. HE WAS LATER RETURNED FOR PRIVATE BURIAL TO THE MAN'S OWN FAMILY! Monte Nicholson, a nineteen year veteran of the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department, wrote a novel called "The Presley Arrangement". This novel tells the story of a body that is autopsied ... a man resembling Elvis. The man had died of cancer. The body is later returned for private burial, to the man's own family. The man's family are paid to remain silent about the incident. Nicholson explains a government connection. In a 1989 radio interview Nicholson said that even if he knew there was an FBI connection and was told not to say anything, he COULD NOT say. Nicholson also claimed that if he knew the answer to the question, and says he does, he will not disclose his knowledge. He said that if Elvis is alive that his book is pretty close to the truth of what REALLY happened. Franklin Presley (Elvis' brother) had cancer and looked like Elvis (therefore there is truth to Monte's story). Also note that both Ambulance Drivers at the death scene said that it was not Elvis.
