I know in one of your challenges you increase your bet when you hit a bonus until you hit the highest but I think you would a better chance of winning if you started at the highest and decreased your bet every time you hit a bonus. That isn't the case in the US; all gambling winnings are taxable regardless of a W2-G being issued or not. Whether a taxpayer self reports it is another question, but they should know that taxes are still owed and make decisions for themselves off accurate information.
