If a question mentions inspiratory hold, it's because they're telling you they're finding the plateau pressure. It is not a normal part of inspiration and is only done when finding the Pplat.
Ohh i see. Is it ok to applied PEEP with Valve? Ex. When the pressure is reach 5cmH2O we just simply close both Valve, so the end expiration pressure is positive. Can we do that?
