Very nice Flight! I never heard of this aircraft before. Interesting, can’t wait to hear more about it! Fly well!

I love it that there is another Couper in the community. Lovely are to fly where you are in Florida Keys. I live in Boise so I don't get to fly above that blue water. Just spectacular. Please keep making videos. My plane is a 415-C with a C85 engine. Happy flying from N99573.

Love Ercoupes. I owned a newer one, 1958 Forney F1 model. Restored and flew one for 17 years and put 1,00 hours on it. Flew all over the US in it, yes even to Oshkosh. Great enjoyable simple plane.

I’ve owned one for a long time. If you study NTSB you will see that quite a number of the “accidents” were related to an event with the pilots health. Lots of older pilots own these. If flown properly they are extremely safe.

So how do you make a crosswind landing in an Ercoupe? Like a 15-20 knot gusting 90 degree crosswind?

Ercoupes were used to train airline pilots in crosswind landings.

Ercoupe " the safest aircraft" with one of the worst accident rates!
