Imagine if Mr herriman was a walk around costume character at cartoon network land and he would be brak's (from cartoon planet) Best friend. Because I think cartoon network land should have a friendship day and a banner would say thares no greater gift then the gift of cartoon network friendship.

Mr. Herriman informs Bloo that he has already broken a house rule by not being able to be adopted, so if Bloo breaks any more rules, he won't be able to live there anymore.
@@schweenieboy Bloo fatal flaw was not realizing he was living somewhere else and in things like apartments and college dorms have rules or things you need to understand as you aren't going to live with your parents forever and sometimes living with other people means understanding their new rules and punishments to follow
Plus the only reason he has to be hard on Bloo here is to understand and learn he was living with other people as he not living with Mac and his mom's apartment anymore But fails to learn that living with new people is learning new rules to follow

Nearly a quarter of these rules are used at the childcare centre where I work - we encourage the children to scrape and put away their own bowls and glasses (not wash them though).
I remembered this as a kid and Herriman being annoying/nagging but even now it's still annoying but SOME things I did take note of that I make sure I do such as making the bed before I leave, bush teeth and not waste soap 😂
I don't really see Herriman as a bad guy he is pretty much reminding Bloo this is not like living back with Mac and sometimes living somewhere else there other rules and things you need or have to do and sometime moving somewhere else is understanding your not with your parents anymore something Bloo fail to see or learn
