Ebay has the best customer service. StockX will probably go bankrupt at some point.
eBay does but their so called experts are garbage. I buy and resell shoes from eBay. Leave the tag on and they fail the shoe when it goes back through 🤦♂️
I've had 0 issues with StockX EVERY time I needed to reach out to them. So idk what you're talking about...

I switch between GOAT and eBay, depending which has better price. I find it better to sell on eBay over GOAT, more flexibility with listing which is good for both seller and buyer IMO

I am actually an employee from GOAT, sometimes if you are lucky enough, you can get your shoes really quickly like 2-3 days even if you are not using instant ship if that specific pair of shoes were in the warehouse already. Still I don’t see much difference buying from these different platforms. Thanks for your comparison video👍
what are the odds of me receiving a fake pair of travis scott mocha highs? any input is appreciated thanks fam!
@@lankdup I would say the odd is pretty low since it’s hyped up and expensive, those fakes are pretty easy to spot. Actually I think it would be easier for a pair of non hyped up sneakers to get authentication passed despite being fake as they are less frequently being authenticated when compared to the hyped up one.
How likely is it for me to get a fake pair?
Just bought a pair of Jordan 1 lost and found from goat and it was fake as hell. I don’t know how it got past their so called authenticity guaranteed process. One pair had the soles with the aged effect and the other didn’t. It was also a pain in the ass to try and tell them that it was clearly a fake until they took it back. My first and last time I buy anything from that place. Such a scam.
Hell yea ordered a few pairs of Kobe’s on a Sunday got them on the following Tuesday

I deleted StockX back in 2020 and haven’t looked back 😂. - GOAT and eBay allowing you to save your funds for selling credit on future purchases is why they are so much better. I still have no idea why StockX is so far behind and hasn’t allowed that yet

also Goat & stockx take more payments options which is also a bonus and with goat the processing is way faster then stockx. Also noticed wit stockx u see a lot of pairs coming from china . where as goat its possible to happen but doesn't happen as frequently as stockx.
A lot of pairs from goat come from Hong Kong bc the market. Demand is lower there so we basically buying them back
@@sneakerhead4770 I've bought from goat for a long time and haven't reecieved one from China but ive heard stories and seen it on few people's channels.
If you're Canadian keep in mind the insane cost of duties when buying from eBay. I personally just paid $120 in duty fees.

Yes! I sell my sneakers on there and I specifically put "US buyers only" so people can avoid those fees. Some Canadian guy bid and won my sneakers and got upset with me because ebay charged him those fees. 🤷♂️
Aww wtf, I just bought a pair from ebay an hour ago. If I'd known duty was going to be that high I wouldn't have made the purchase.

Yes you do. Just push the tip of the shoe, and if it stays down, that means it’s fake. If it goes back up, it’s real

I actually usually end up going through StockX since I live outside the US. eBay doesn’t do authentication for shipments to my country, and GOAT prices tend to be significantly more expensive, plus more expensive shipping + fees. I’ll generally only go through GOAT if someone bites on a lowball offer. Luckily, I’ve yet to have had any issue with StockX, I think mainly because most of my orders come through their Tokyo facilities.

Subbed up! I like going local my sneaker shops usually let me trade in or have crazy steals on some used pairs which makes it easier to actually wear them in my opinion. Still great video and if I had to choose ebay just cause its cheaper all around.

One thing i will say is eBay have great customer service, i purchased some sneakers that turned out to be reps, opened a case, gave my reasons why and sent pics in accordance. They agreed and had me ship them back for a refund, everything free of charge, might not have saved my time butt at least i SAVED MY MONEY, bc u kno im "Pretty Much Broke" too lol. Great video btw, thanks for the reassurance !
