LOVE Sharons' Voice ❤❤❤❤❤
LOVEEEEEE ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks and Happy Black History Month, JFro90 and fellow subs of African descent. ✌🏽
Of course, Teddy takes it to another level. ❤❤❤❤❤
That's Sharon Paige. She has another duet with them called "You Know How To Make Me Feel So Good" that's worth a listen.
Remember when it came out in 1975, Teddy and Harold have the same voice range, you can't tell the difference until their exchange.
Hey i appreciate you bringing out one of the best classic duets. The late great Ms .Sharon Paige on vocals with Mr Teddy Pendergrass. Rip Ms Paige and Mr.Pendergrass.
My pleasure!! Thank you for watching & yes continuous rest in peace & power to them both
Harold Melvin is deceased also (March 24, 1997) Complications from several strokes. He was 57 years old.
I used to think it was Teddy too!🥰 He sounds good.❤❤❤❤❤
Some acts did perform live. Al Green's 'Here I Am' is one of my favorites. Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder usually performed live on Soul Train. I think Elton John did it also.
Hey my name is GIORDANI im SHARON PAIGE's son i really appreciate you posting this also if you dnt believe me that im her son they had her in the philadelphia inquirer my whole name is GIORDANI JEAN-BAPTISTE, if you have any questions just ask me
It's a pleasure to connect with you. This song & this reaction is special to me, the song itself I grew up hearing & always loved your mom's voice & it's great to put a beautiful face to that beautiful voice.
Teddy is the best. He did so many great duets. Have you heard Teddy and Whitney Houston singing Hold Me?
Harold surprised me too. Maybe on the studio version it is Teddy?
I thought that too but it says that this was the only hit while Teddy was with the group that Harold Sings lead over Teddy on, truly fascinating.
I don't know where you people are getting your information from butcher statement is not true.. Harold and teddy single lead on I'm so weak for you.. and Harold sings the complete lead on... To be true it's such a hard thing to do.... We lived that music
Sadly, Teddy Pendergrass, Sharon Paige, and Harold Melvin are deceased.
Funny you thought that’s Teddy singing lead because they sound nothing alike IMO😁…Harold’s insane jealousy of Teddy’s pop tore the group apart.
He was but Harold jealous of him singing so the group was about to break up that's why he's singing now but Teddy was always the lead singer
It's amazing how these younger ppl dont know anything about their parents music.
When I had my 50th birthday party (2005) my kids said we had the best music.
