David O Rodriguez 🇺🇸 It’s great to share the history with your kids. I take both of my boys and my whole family when I can.😎 I missed the shows this year! I love the sight and smell of old iron! Make the trip and enjoy the ride! 🤩
I've always liked those o cabovers. Not many of them left here in 🇺🇸 nowadays unlike back in the 1980s & down when they were common & popular. Today the only cabovers I see around are garbage trucks, fire trucks, yard trucks, & small box trucks like those ones that furniture companies have.
Thank you to you and SoCal ATHS for always hosting the show! We hope to make it out to the Vista show this year! I will send you some pictures that I took at the show very soon.
Love this...anything with trucks N trains has to be good!😎 Love old iron trucks with budd wheels, especially cabovers! 🥰 Some sweet looking rides, even the ones needing a new paint job.🤩 Make the trip and enjoy the ride! 🇺🇸
Augustus Shook 🇺🇸 Love the old trucks...Thanks to my dad who started trucking back in the 30s and my oldest brother in the 40s. God bless all of our truckers! 🥰
teamstr259 🇺🇸 That Pete is just a day cab, I think model 352 or such. They sure look different without the sleeper, but still cool .😳 Cabovers rule! The GMCs had the Crackerbox in both sleeper and day cab...I think from 61 to 69.
My son and I went to this show in 2018. It was a great father-son experience!!
We were there too! That was a great year to be there - lots of the trucks that we like to see!

Thanks for filming this and thanks for not talking. I LOVE hearing the trucks and cars in all of your videos. Keep 'em coming!
Great video guy's, a lot of history that needs to be showcased and not forgotten.
Thanks! It's too bad not many trucks are saved over the years. Always good to see the much older trucks at this show!

I'm sure someone will know. 4:45 is this style cab over called a cracker box? Or does that only refer to the GMC?
Crackerbox refers only to the GMC D/F series cabovers produced from 1959 to 1968.

Loved the white Pete double sleeper in the video. What year was it? Looks like late 70's model yr.
I can't recall exactly what year the owner said it was, but I think it was a 1976
I could look at those old needle noses all day!
