I grew up knowing Jim in New York Mills. I lived a few doors down the road. His family was so nice I graduated with his older sister. It was the time when neighborhoods were truly just that, safe, everyone knew everyone, and you could live your life with not too many major worries. Our summers were filled with raising hell around the neighborhood, swimming in various pools (Jim had the only in-ground pool (heated!) and many side yard sports competitions of various kinds. I know he loved his Mets and is the one that got me to be a life long fan, Thanks Jim - Love MY Mets! I am so proud of him and his achievements, he deserves nothing but the best in life!

Hopefully they don’t do what the sixers did and hire an an awful replacement Kate Scott is why I stopped watching the sixers if the flyers hire Leah Hextall that’s it for me
