WHOOP! Trello-we've moved most everything to Asana, but I can't leave Trello for housing customer testimonial screenshots ... it's still my fave for that!
This is so simple and easy. LOVED IT. Now my question is how to use powerups.. please give the suggestion for maintaining records for clients. I want that how much attainment i made from leads in pie chart or barchart it's something like pipeline u know. If u got my comment please reply.
I am currently a Paparazzi Accessories consultant and I am planning on expanding past Paparazzi. I also home school my autistic grandson and I need to be able to be more productive
I love this setup and have been looking for something like this in a CRM forever!! Thank you for that! I do have a question though, with my service business, there are a lot of changing deadline and due dates, so when I set that those dates in the cards, it looks as though I have to actually click on each client card to see their dates for each part of their workflow. Is there a function in Trello that keeps track of those dates and alerts you or sets up a calendar that you can see each day to know what to do for each client dates? If not, this would be difficult if I have 20 clients, as I would have to go through each card each day just to check on dates and that could get very overwhelming trying to keep them straight. Thanks for the feedback on this!
I use it to organize my reading list of books im reading cause Netflix is tattooed on my brain and I need to get my mind right from all this binging lol. I rep Team Kim!
I use it for everything, I have to watch, read, eat and listen boards, I have family shopping lists and wishlist (we can share see each other's wishlist so can choose from this to buy gifts), I use it for work (I started using it because a work team uses it), I am also using it to collaborate on a personal project with my friend in the US. I love it
@@KimJimenez we are also using for meal planning. I am in the process of putting together recipe cards with a photo, recipe and shopping list so that when we plan for the week we drag and drop the relevant recipes. I only wish I can move a check list to another board. Is this possible?
Dhuri Telfer That’s brilliant! Yes, you can. Copy the card that the checklist is in and then move that card to the board you want the checklist in. From there you’ll be able to copy the checklist to any card on the board you want it.
Right now using it to manage networking contacts...this has been interesting because not many examples of how to manage CRM for contacts but a lot for managing for client workflow. :-) Thanks this video gave me some idea for setting up my networking CRM
@@KimJimenez I was just giving advice, it wasn't a personal attack. Mouth clicks and saliva sounds are a common problem when doing voice over work. The De-crackle plugin can help but normally it can be fixed by either move the mic a little bit further from your mouth or buy a pop filter. Good luck with your other videos. Glad I could be berated by you today.
FINALLY someone addressing processes for service businesses with reoccurring processes!! Thank you this was so incredibly helpful!!
