I love eating one type of fish head and that one type of fish head is big head fish... similar to silver fish... if u dont fry it till crunchy you won't be able to eat it not taste good... so fry till crunchy an let it simmer in onion garlic ginger, tomato and lastly fish masala see the taste I love to eat fish head
I am bengali and I love fish, mainly fish head. Now I'm married to a Gujarati Jain vegetarian guy, so can't cook at home. (he is supportive, but his mother isn't) When we go out I eat fish, but home cooked fish and outside fish there is lot of difference and cooked rohu fish head isn't available in bengali restaurants here even. I'm craving for bengali rohu, hilsa, katla fish head cooked in simple bengali homely style.
