"The building stands on a large and evocative inlet that was once uninhabited, which was completed with 18 km of road and an 8-hectare reforestation of domestic pine trees, as well as an aqueduct linked to that of Montevecchio. The colony has three distinct bodies with different functions, but it stands out above all for the front portico on two floors of the main building, not forgetting the classical references in the volumetric ratios, here perfectly functional to the needs of large open but protected spaces. The reinforced concrete construction with ribs is equipped with two swimming pools, one of which is approved to CONI standards, which also have a service building available. The interiors are spacious and bright with functional furnishings suitable for prolonged and flexible use".
