@@Takkkkkkkkkk Actually, Mostima reaches 99% with module, but it doesn't really matter compared to Ascalon's 85% with S2 due to the 0.1 movement speed floor (generally only "dog" enemies have a speed greater than 1) The main reason Ascalon is far stronger than Mosima is her uptime and offskill effectiveness, which are far stronger than Mostima's. Mostima S3 is 27 seconds, Ascalon S2 is 35. Ascalon only takes 20s to charge, Mostima has an effective SP cost of 80.

I mean, every movement speed reduction skill has been doing this for like 5 years now, so its not new
