    Recipe 1:
    6 Chinese cabbage leaves.
    3 eggs.
    Salt
    Black pepper.
    30 g flour.
    Filling:
    1 tomato.
    150 cheese.
    1-2 cloves of garlic.
    Dill.
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
    Recipe 2:
    Chinese cabbage.
    Salt. Ground pepper.
    150 g cottage cheese.
    100 g sour cream.
    100 g cheese.
    1-2 cloves of garlic or dried garlic 0.5 tsp.
    Dill
    Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190°C (380°F).
    Recipe 3:
    Chinese cabbage
    2 eggs
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Tomato
    Cheese
    Until cheese melts
    Recipe 4:
    800g cabbage.
    Boil cabbage for a few minutes. Remove a few leaves. Cook cabbage for a few more minutes. Remove leaves.
    1 onion. Vegetable oil. Fry until transparent.
    1-2 carrots. Butter. Fry until golden brown
    Salt. Black pepper.
    Let cool
    250g cooked rice.
    500g ground meat.
    Salt. Black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon basil. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
    Chop leftover cabbage leaves.
    1 bell pepper.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
    Sauce: 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 1 can tomatoes in their own juice (400g). 250 ml water
    Salt. black pepper. coriander. garlic powder. basil. paprika.1 tablespoon sugar.
    cook until sauce boils.
    Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C (360°F). Open the oven regularly and pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls!
    Recipe 5:
    200 g Chinese cabbage cut very finely.
    Chop 30 g spring onion.
    Grate 60 g carrots finely.
    2 eggs.
    Salt.
    black pepper.
    80 g flour. Add flour in portions.
    Mix well.
    Fry over low heat until golden brown.
    Sauce: sour cream or white yogurt, garlic, dill. Let it brew.

    Такие голубцы лет 5 уже делаю, чтобы молотком не колотить, положите листы в горячую воду минут на 5! А края пальчиком заткните с двух сторон! Вот и всё!
