Having bardock, radditz, Goku (Kai) and gohan they don’t say anything while sitting there at the selection screen, but if you choose the Cold Clan base frieze, cooler and king cold they talk in the selection then nail, piccolo and Slug all interact

Jiren has more personality in the manga than the anime, but not by a great deal. These interactions and his character as a whole in Sparking Zero really feel more like what the actual goal of Jiren's personality is supposed to be:
-He's obscenely strong and stoic, but not under a guise of arrogance or ego, more of an obligation.
-He dislikes using his power for anything outside of his fight for justice.
-He does have a heart and while he has a great anger at Goku for putting the universes at risk, he also respects his drive for self betterment as it's not far from his own goal.
