If we really want to improve the education system, then first we need to think about primary and middle school students. Because this is the stage of life, when a student can develop the skill of smart learning if proper guidance is provided by the stakeholders. Otherwise the result (10th & 12th) will repeat every year. Remember this is not the failure of students, it is the failure of the system.....the most unfortunate thing is that the system is not going to change soon, because no one is ready to come out of their comfort zone, be it teachers, parents, officers, and political leaders.
Sharing my views, being in the field for last three years as SMDC Member. Thanks

Is it is the fault of teacher only who teach to 10th or 12th? Why can't the director and principal secretary make some ideas to improve the student at primary and middle classes. If the student is pressurised to improve the result at 10th or 12th then it can impact in negative manner on the development of a child. It is important to improve the student at every stage to get an overall development of a child. Is it important to make teaching a burden or make it easy in earlier stage so that the teaching is enjoyed in schools.

It is because of shortage of staffs at the govt. schools, specially the teaching staffs,,,, at present the lecturers and teachers are highly qualified but has huge burden due to shortage of teaching staff.... It is the department and the UT administration to think how to improve......why not fill the vacant post of lecturers and teachers...
