- Aerial drone flying over Meridian, Mississippi shows a town that has lost a lot of it's past appeal. Always sad for me to see a town with such great history and architecture that is slowing instead of growing.

I love to drive throughout the world whether on the right or left with either left-hand steering or right-hand steering and of course I have become accustomed to using a stick-shift with both hands :) I truly enjoy the great food and discussions with locals where I have been blessed to travel. Included on this channel are some driving and snorkeling videos and even a couple bike rides I recorded.
You can also see my beginning drone videos looking at 2016 dates when I filmed in safe nature areas. I practiced how to crash safely, how to fly with three propellers and how to ground the drone and drive to it. I practiced in snow, rain and extreme cold to make sure I understood the drones limitations before I went to the big cities. I handle a drone like I do a gun and I truly hope others do the same.

Thank you Mate - I truly love to travel with all my free time and these videos are a way to show the world and those that cannot travel some beautiful places I enjoy. I always hope hadicap and elderly can see some of these in additional to those that want to find somewhere to go :)

Let's hope that investors revitalize your great town with the help of the local government. I enjoyed the older architecture; however, profit is the reason for business and it will take a vision with some concessions to make it grow :)

Was in Meridian winter/spring 2016. I loved the town. There was an atmosphere there. Falling apart, yes, but a place where people were good. Was in Port Arthur also on that trip, felt the same there. Guess staying for some time, getting to know the place and people would have been great. Enjoying your videoes, just wishing to see even more.

Yes, as I show the city is dying where I start and end, I must also state I saw renovations in three of the downtown properties.

I live in meridian and it looks dead but it actually has fun places on the other side of “town”
Sounds good - actually looks like the city is also investing in streets etc. in the area I took off from.
They’re focused on downtown, but neglect everywhere else. It sucks, but if it will attract more businesses to our area, then I’m for it, albeit skeptical though.

Looks like a very economically depressed area. No modern buildings, not much traffic, either automotive or pedestrians, and few cars in parking places.
I shoot when people are not around to account for people present.
No he’s right the town is depressed asf meridian is lame asf and everybody knows it it’s nothing to hide we are broke

I been to Meridian while I was in A School. This city needs venture capitalist to move in to revitalize it's economy.

@@JamesBeBop obviously location, affordability, and opportunity. The location is bad it's just dead from years of neglect. Extremely affordable and that leads for plenty of opportunity.
Agree - maybe if the Three Foot Building was renovated as great hotel and the city continues revitalization downtown, someone will build something at great pricing to bring people 🤠
