@WatchVidsMakeLists Lol, just that the first time playing a DS is obviously not the same feeling when you're 18. I didn't get my first DS until I was out of high school. So, I can't relate to the whole childhood nostalgia that others can.
Yeah I never had my own, I only played on other people's DS consoles. And yeah, trying to play it again is way harder lol since I don't got the same connection to it as much as I would if I had my own.

The Dsi and 3DS will forever be a huge part of my childhood. I remember getting a 3DS one Easter when I was young and playing it until the buttons eventually wore out. A few years later, I also got a DSi complete with an R4 card. I got to experience some of the best games in the DS catalog, Mario Party, Pokemon Black and White, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, Mario Kart, Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story, Chrono Trigger. I have so many memories with these consoles. It's crazy how fast time flies by, now I'm in college and writing homebrew for the 3DS and DS on my spare time

Yeah, I teared up. I remember spending hours on the Photo Select going through all of my photos lol. I've had my 3DS since I was 7. 13 years later, my 3DS is still working perfectly fine lmao
It's just very silent and has no music on the menu, settings, MII EDITOR 😭 That's one of the first things that I picked up when we got our switch years back. It seems lifeless almost, which is kind off a weird thing to say since it's a console. I grew up with a 3DS and was very familiar with the DS and Wii. That sudden change was abrupt.
