  • Here's a simple recipe for delicious guacamole snack.
    Ingredients:
    - ripe avocados
    - red onion, finely chopped
    - ⁠ chopped tomatoes
    - 1/2 lime, juiced
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
    Vegetable crackers
    cucumber
    
    Instructions:
    1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
    2. In a large bowl, use a fork/ muddler to mash the avocados until mostly smooth.
    3. Add the chopped red onion,lime juice, tomatoes, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
    4. Stir until well combined.
    5. Stir in the chopped cilantro.
    6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
    7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
    8. Vegetable crackers put cucumber n top.
    9. Cucumber and put guacamole top.
    Optional:
    - 1/4 teaspoon cumin (adds a smoky flavor)
    Tips:
    - Use ripe avocados for the best flavor and texture.
    - Make ahead and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
