When you think about it, Sally face and Wednesday both have similar themes, cults, higher ups covering important evil cult deeds, death, confusing 'secrets' that took a while to decipher, resurrection, personal takes on gods and demons, but despite Wednesday being live action which would make it real, it's just something about the way Sally Face is set and shown to us that gives off a creepy and realistically depressing feel to it, possibly because Wednesday is set in a Fictional place with fictional non-human characters, while Sally face is set in a real life location(the US) with realistic places, yet somehow finds a way to warp it's weirder places(like the underground cultist palace place(idk the name of it)) into the setting that feels right, like it belongs there, both content are good, not having all the realistic expected take on Wednesday makes it entertaining and exciting to watch, Sally face was just straight up trumatising-

Fr, when i first joined the fandom i tought he was a "girl'", but on the same day, i found out he is a boy
I don’t know why, but Sally Face has always disturbed and creeped me out for some reason. I’ve watched someone play it, but I’ve never been able to watch the full video because I always got really paranoid half way through
Fr I was watching Laurenzside play it and I was just disturbed to I took it off
That makes sense its a horror game but not like the run and get chased kind its the great storyline and very creepy images kind i have always loved creepy things so i personally dont have a problem with the game and honestly find the creepy bits super interesting like how they drawed all the pills of dead skin i know its probably a bit weird i find it interesting to look at but i find it interesting because of how much time it probably took and how the artist of the game did it lol the art style is just very interesting to me and all the creepy things just make me more interested on how they drawed that and how it looks so good and not too cartoony so it works with the bleeding and blood and stuff its just very interesting to me from the storyline to the creepy parts to just the art style in general
I see why youd be scared but with me i only get scared at real horror games so like pale bald things creeping on 4 legs and stuff like that luxury something show 😂

exactly. in every reaction video, the characters reacting end up having this view of sal that he went crazy after larry died and killed everyone for no reason. if the red eyed demon and the infection in the apartments were explained, along with what terrance and jim told sal, the full story would be explained. instead sal just comes off as a psychopath with no logical explanation for killing them all. he couldnt have saved them any other way. 😢
