“I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2016. However, despite not being able to walk for a few weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and try to practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…we are all specks of dust…Also thank you for all your support. It means a lot. Morissette used to act. Most Filipino singers act, and they bring what they learned in acting to their singing. At times, they internalize a lot, and its quite hard for them to let go of the emotion after truly feeling the meaning of the song.

This performance gives me chills everytime I hear it. Doesn't matter if its the 100th time. Her emotion in this is unbelievable ❤
of course everybody can listen to this song and tell she is really good ...but it takes to be a singer to at least know how she did all that . From gentle almost whisper to all out full throttle power ...she doesn't seem to have any limit , any problem at all and she is just 21 for Christ sake ...imagine what she will be able to do at her 30s ...again simply wonderful !!!! Nice video once again and I must admit all three ladies in this video were beautiful ! Wink wink !!!! :)

every video of hers I get a huge shiver down my spine at some point without fail. She does a good job conveying the emotions of her songs. Even the ones in her language that I dont understand, I can understand just by her feelings.
Andrew Coded Yeah, I watched other reaction videos and they felt the emotions that she portrays on the songs even if they don't know the language.

She's been well trained by someone. I also got the quadruple shiver effect at the same moment you did. She draws you in emotionally with her voice. She tells her story very well and it makes it that more powerful. It's not all about the notes sometimes(though she is spot on).
Her fluidity is crazy, I'm a total tone and transition snob and this was a buffet with an added side of vocal breaks...I'm in Heaven!
The most impressive thing about Morissette Amon, i think is the insane quality of her tone in every single performance.
All while doing all these dynamic and technical changes.
Just magic every time she performs.
When it comes to her ability to perform without nerves, i'm pretty sure it has everything to do with confidence.
If u feel u are not confident, work on that first.
Then you need to ask yourself: "Why do i feel embarrassed?, if you make an error for example.
It is fine to make errors, we are human so take it with a bit of humor and eventually your mind will not get hindered by your underlying fear of making that mistake.
And confidence will start to shine through, and that will make a big impact on your ability to relax and your singing.

Rachel can really learn a lot from Morissette. i love how you make Morissette as an example that other students can learn from. Morissette has a wide range and she's got a lot of techniques to play with. KZ on the other hand does not have the same range as Morissette but what she lacks in range she makes up for in creativity.

The transition from low cordes to very high notes is so smooth.its pleasing to the ear.then shes already that high,but then still tops it with a more higher one!interesting,very rare talent!but i think her voice,will get destroyed by 45 years.
I dont agree, she seems to have a great technique, and I'd say she supports up to F5. She seems to use a balanced mix, which will preserve her voice

Hi Rebecca and Rachel. I think the word that you were looking for at 6.17 when you had the shivers..was goosebumps. I feel the same.
