    Thanks Rachel, Dr Evas and David for the insightful discussions. It is important to understand the triggers of poor mental health, mental health is not visible meaning we all need to "double click " to check our mental health. Then transition from individual to an organisation setting with Goals and Visions etc. aside from the clients we serve knowing their rights and options makes a work place challenging resulting in the triggers and anxiety "madness" so to state. Managers not connecting to how teams are feeling beyond targets and human resource (viewing people as human beings not just human resource) etc Thanks again!
