from what little i've seen of the glider tank, it actually seems quite good to me, even though many people are saying it's bad. but i think they're looking at it the wrong way, most people are just trying to hit the main bullet in any situation, which tbf can do quite a bit of damage. but the tanks really shines when the side bullets get utilized, cause they seem to do quite a bit of damage, and because of their angle they can easily be used to trap people in different kind of unescapable situations. so if someone takes their time to learn how to utilize the side bullets, i honestly think this tank has more potential than rt
Old skimmer used to be really op. Using the side cannons you can get in nasty damage that the opponent can't defend, anyone who says this is bad are either new or are not good at the game
I was a diep player when skimmer first came out, and used it to get my first two 400k scores. So yeah, can vouch for it.
Also, I haven't played diep since around early 2020 - how many updates have there been since then? The game seems quite different

Also, it's literally not better than nothing. It didn't change anything about the game, it's just a old model of a tank that already existed, so it's simply the same as nothing. You see? Glider could be a nice support in team modes,or a good tank in maze by the side bullets.
But as someone who tried this tank in FFA i'm really not fan (i never play skimmer too so...).
