Oooh, your comments about the vanilla in Tan Lines were very interesting. I am going to layer Solar Shine mist with my just plain Vanilla lotion from PINK and see how it goes. I love Solar Shine. It's the only one I actually purchased from this line after testing them all in store. Thanks for the video!

I just got solar shine shimmer body oil, and I love it!! That body oil has staying power. I did think it was similar to getaway soiree, but the B&BW girl said no way. Oh well, to each her own......nose.

Solar Shine smells to me like the OG Sol De Janeiro 87. Everyone says Rio Radiance is 87 repackaged but to my nose, it’s not. The floral is not the same at all. Rio Radiance is Tan Lines repackaged. The notes all say the same but the scents are different. Love your videos Mary! And love Banger Beauty!

I roll my eyes every time I see people say that Solar Shine smells like Coco Paradise. They are not even close to me! I LOVE Coco Paradise, but I don’t like Rio Radiance (or Solar Shine). I’m not a fan of tuberose scents generally.

Imo they are along the same vibe but they are different! Coco paradise is that sexy bronzed goddess type of scent very expensive smelling! Very perfumy!And solar shine is a warm toasted coconut/sunscreen type of scent. I took her back because it was to heavy on the coconut 😢

You’re gonna call me crazy because I am literally sitting on my bed with both coco paradise and solar shine and I see why they compare them…. Solar shine is more coconutty than coco paradise but I love them ALL! Coco paradise grew on me and now I wish I had a back up mist! Gonna check out your glosses now, Mary!

I passed on this one because i got Getaway Soiree and they smelled the same to me. I picked up Vacation Vibes even tho i have a few similar scents 😉 However, I didn't mind a light one for bedtime for even room or linen spray (my kids like to spray the backseat of the car 🤣) Pink Paradise smelled like a very light In the Stars to me. I may pick it up in the shimmer mist as i don't have In the Stars in that version.

Hi Mary! I regret purchasing the other two in the collection. Pink Paradise will most likely be decluttered. I didn't pick up Solar Shine because I just don't like the smell of sunscreen or suntan lotion. It grosses me out. The coconut in fragrances would have to be blended well or in just in the back round.

@@marymakers Unfortunately, the Luxury collection has not made it to Canada. I heard it may appear during the Fall season. It's one I would not pick up anyways due to the sunscreen smell.
