Downlaod samfw tool v3.31 from the links in the video description and use to bypass, it is totally offline version ,that do not check online update .

Please ,check your Samsung model & its CSC code and find if the latest Android versions have been rolled out for it , For some samsung models released since 2019 ,android 13 has not rolled out for them ,but few models are included for 13 ,also most models that have been released since 2022 have obtained the upgrade of 13 .but few of them not yet

It is standalone exe file in the extracted file folder ,just run the exe ,check samsung driver latest is installed in your PC , only the latest samfw tool above v3.31 is installable
