Thank you for making this! Can I recommend putting your camera on a tripod and slowly turning it to show the room while showing bottom to top. Also, a lens that doesn't bend the edge (fisheye) the frame. Great video! I agree that prices should be more descriptive too :)

Simple rule 200 sq meters is just around 2100 sq feet in America.

In Surround of Munich you find ground same as the House costs. So you will have a Villa for less than 1,5 mio

870,000 USD without the plot of land or including it? The prices I’ve shown are only for a house, the land would cost another 500.000€ in Bavaria, probably much cheaper in East Germany

I recently purchased a house in Bavaria which is same as the #2 one but construction year is 2011 it costed me 970000€ + Notar, broker, tax etc extra. Prices here are crazy.

it’s really depends on there you are, in the countryside it would be rather possible to have a larger garden, but is often not the case. in the city like in Munich it would be rather very small
