    Cindy, you probably are gonna to gain a little bit of weight, because your body is not used to having all kind of macros and nutrients on your diet, it is normal. Gaining weight is not bad if you're eating the right food. Another tip is not eating "only calories", you can try to eat all the food groups in every meal. I'm happy that you're eating in a more healthy way

    You gotta try this new way of eating without drinking AT ALL. You won't be giving it a fair shot specially with pcos. I really want you to succeed so you can be a healthier and happier you ❤

      Lol u people are so weird. Most people enjoy a drink with their friends or boyfriend, sociall, to unwind and have fun. U freaks are so obsessed with her quitting, trying to make her an odd ball. Fact is, most people drink, and that includes a lot of happy successful career driven people and models in amazing shape etc.

    The way you handle things like a shell in your egg and dropping food on the floor is night and day from the way you would have reacted before. I remember watching some of your previous videos where you burnt bacon or got a shell in your egg and being shocked by the huge emotional reaction. You have come such a long way Cindy!

      @@ashleighmackenzie8670 She definitely would at least in some cases. She was going through a lot in her life and her emotions were not regulated with her BPD. She has come a very long way and I’m hoping for her sake that it’s a long term change for her. It’s actually incredible!

    My biggest shock with America was how sweet the bread was. I would suggest trying to bake European bread at home, it can be really easy and fun!

    Hey Cindy , Id reccomend looking up some type 1 diabetic recipes . they are very simmilar i think to what you've been trying to do with your diet. lower carb more proteins . Loving spaghetti squash , its so good and nice and low carb.

    Please remember, Cindy, that you WILL gain weight when you start working out again. Muscles are much heavier than fat. It's NOT the food if you eat healthy and skip the alcohol (which is a lot worse for the body than eating carbs).

    Cindy, I don't even own a toaster, I toast my bread in my air fryer. Works perfect every time. Just watch them so you take the out the toast when it's to your preferred darkness

    Little tip.... use empty bread bags ... throw in anything to be toss in oil.
    Add salt etc and shake around.
    Saves washing a greasy bowl😁and the bag has a second use.

    I use my air fryer to make boiled eggs (260 degrees for 15 minutes) and to toast my bread…360 degrees for a couple minutes. (360 is the default temp when I turn it on. Super handy machine!

    I make my toast in the air fryer, less appliances to clutter up my kitchen! You could use the broil setting or airfry, I've had success with both. Just keep an eye on it because it browns quickly.

    Have you ever had an egg in a basket before? If not it's where you cut a hole in the middle of the bread, then crack the egg into the hole and cook it. It's so yummy.

    Get a toaster oven!!! I dunno if it’ll be too big for your kitchen but you can do so much! Especially if you’re just cooking small meals or for two.

    Your hair's looking so fluffy and shiny! Excited for you to start enjoying more foods again. More fun with cooking and seasoning haha. Our favorite healthier bread is the Brownberry oatnut bread. Love it toasted with PB. You mentioned pasta and there's chickpea pasta you could maybe try? Think it's a little healthier, not sure how much lower the carbs are to reg pasta.

      If it’s packaged foods it’s because of the serving sizes stated on the packages. Some say grams, some say ounces. Especially for packaged meats - the serving size is usually in ounces, but if you really wanted to you could do some math & weigh the meat per gram, too.

    Lay your apple flat side down and chop that way. I was watching u and I was like ……. NOOOOOOO!!!!’ Flat side down and slice that way. It’s much easier and you won’t run the risk of cutting yourself

    @LifePlusCindy you need to be aware that some of the foods you eat. like proper salads or good bread, have Dietary Fibre in them. which practically Reduce the total Carbs of the food. and therefore also practically Reduce the Calories of the food.

    1500 cals is not a lot for an adult woman regardless of height. Your diet is looking good but I don’t think you need to measure fruit and just have as much as you feel

      It depends on how active a person is. If she's relatively sedentary, then to maintain her weight she'd only need about 1470 calories so I think 1500 is about right. My sedentary maintenance calories are less than 1300, but I walk a lot so I can eat more.

    How do you "zero out" on a food scale? I'm always using different dishes to weigh and subtract -not sure if that is too accurate... and why do you use grams at times and ounces other times? (I'm so full of questions, sorry!)

      You just press the zero/tare button while the empty dish is on the scale. Then add the food while the empty dish is on the scale. That way the scale only counts the food!

      You put the dish or whatever you'll use on the scale first, then press the "TARE" button. It'll go back to 0

    make toast right on the stove, butter bread, put face down until toasted.......flip....... poof you have ..toast

      season it with butter , or alittle olive oil or any other oil.....and whatever seasoning you prefer,there are other ways to toast bread in a fry pan..... plain with nothing works too.

    I’m 5’1” & 130 lbs. & eating 1,500 calories for someone with those stats & is lightly active should put you at a half pound weight loss per week. ❤ That’s how it is for me, anyway. & I also have PCOS. If I wanted to lose one pound per week I’d only be able to eat 1,200 calories per day & that’s just too little for my personal preference.
