I have a female Norwegian forest that does this every single time. She's the most cuddly and sweet kitty. Saved her as a stray, now she's gorgeous, bubbly personality, and the most affectionate and fun kitty I've ever had. She likes to carry things around the house in her mouth, toys, large foam blocks, and anything else she finds. Very connected to her people. Best cat ever. She's lucky to have me, and I very lucky to have her.
Love how the mrrrp goes up at the end like she's asking a question each time. "What is it?" "Why'd you wake me?" "What do you want?" 😊

I love the sweet sounds a happy kitty makes. I have 4 cats and I just lovethen so much. They have such unique personalities, it's why I like having multiples, plus they need friends. My oldest probably would've been fun after our 2 older cats passed on when he was about 16 months old but he seemed to be grieving so we adopted a fem about 6 months younger than him. They've become good friends and he's fine with the 2 younger makes I've since brought in, he just would've probably been ok as an only kitty. The others like having friends to play with. I think the issue with our oldest was being raised by older cats that weren't as playful. But when the mood hits, he's a lot of fun. He's the best bed buddy. When my hubby works night, Sheldon Cooper likes to sleep in our room. He's a tiny house panther who loves to cuddle.
That kitty should be named/nicknamed "Lurch" as that noise is the cat's equivalent of "You rang?"

Oh that is sooooo sweet! My kitty does a similar cooing noise, but what always makes me laugh is my cat napping. Lucky could be sleeping like the dead then suddenly he wakes up because he just has to clean some part of his body, finish and go right back to a dead sleep.
