If you love psyker than a sanctic officer is the most OP one. buff the resolve of him/her and his damage spell nukes single targets. a staff you can get in act 2 does that same resolve scaling damage in an AOE. i wonder who got more kills by now. my psyker officer or sniper Argenta.

Looking back at portraits I noticed that they changed certain things about the portraits from the beta and I don't see the point in those changes. A larger selection of portraits is great but the edits kind of look not as good for some of them.

Watching you playthrough now that I started mine. I also picked a Psyker but I pick soider for my archetype because I thought it would be cool to kill things with your mind and guns. Good or bad who knows 😂.

As someone with experience playing both games. Would you say Rogue Trader’s story and companion character quality is roughly on a level with BG3? I’m on the fence for picking it up.

I mean the writing is freaking top tier for Wrath however they're two totally different game experiences so I usually don't like comparing them as I don't feel like you can. However if what you're looking for is a story rich game with well throughout companions and world building then yes, this game is amazing and would recommend.

Spoiler question below, but it's all about the prolouge. So any readers past that you can safely read on.
Do you know what happens on a Heretic playthrough if Votigir still injects you with the warp creature? Like when you go to the bridge on fire. Because on my run I agreed to help him so he didn't put anything in my head. Am I losing out on some sort of plot device or bonuses by not having that?

I've never not had the creature in my head (I'm a glutton for punishment) - heretical or otherwise. I don't think at least in the early days you're missing any like combat/personal bonuses just more background commentary from your inner narrator. However I'm not sure how having it / not having it will come into play in acts 3 on when things get... interesting 😂
