Check out this 6.9-mile out-and-back trail near Carpinteria, California. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 2 h 5 min to complete. This trail is great for birding, road biking, and trail running.
Carpinteria was better before 2000. I grew up there. It was an awesome place to grow up. If you got to go there in the years before 2000 you would understand what small beach town really was. I think it has been a bit corrupted from big city folks that moved in.

I took Spanish for over 10 years. The PIN is pronounced PEEN in Spanish. I understand how Americans say it, but that's how it would be pronounced in Spanish.
@@gmc8810 Ahh yes... There are so many beautiful places out west to choose from. I grew up in Michigan and then lived in NYC and we just don't have these mountains and rock formations. I'd be happy in somewhere less expensive too, Maybe Utah :)
