just some saw layers with processing! you can download the flp and take a look at the lead chain❤️
I noticed that layering saws with a whistle achieves that kind of sound. I would recommend using Whistler2 (its a vst).

Mainly used serum (1.334 version), Massive. For effect mostly fabfliter bundle. Otherthing like OTT, The Glue are also important :)
