Assistant City Manager Addresses Bullhead City Council on proposed Permanent Base Adjustment

As part of the July 30, 2024, Primary Election, the Permanent Base Adjustment, Proposition 416, will be submitted to the voters of Bullhead City. If approved, it would allow a $10,000,000 Permanent Base Adjustment to the City of Bullhead City's expenditure limitation.
