Passing the Shareholder meetings is the most important part. Luckily, you only need to get past the first goal for Eri to become a party member, though her bond will only go up from going through the rest of the minigame.
I just quickly glanced at a guide and was able to complete it without much issue. I dont even know how to apologize.
