In my opinion yes. It will feel a little bigger than a normal pit bike but will ride just fine.

Murray Messenger for a pit bike it’s a decent size so may be a bit bigger but won’t be too big. You’re only 13 so if it is a bit big you’ll definitely grow into it👍
