My favorite thing about skateboarding. 2 inch curbs become your own personal mount everest, you can pick anything and make it your own personal goal to conquer. What a beautiful past time.
One tip for tip man is to get really comfortable doing Ollie’s at a decent speed on flat. Once those are on lock you will be able to Ollie up and down curbs like nothing, keep it up man good on you staying positive during the battle
A simple honest vid like this is so wholesome, valuable and motivating to watch! Keep it up man, there's nothing u can‘t conquer with this energy and attitude :)
hey . you really should learn how to be more comfortable skating. if you can use it to run errands or go to school, friends houses etc.. hell use it to get the mail and always be on it. when i was 10 back in 1985 i was to say it nicely, a big kid. by 1987 i was still a big kid but i had lost all of the fat. if i can do it you can too. half pipes are a hell of a work out too. those converse will lead to broken ankles. im not trying to down you man. keep going and glad to have you in the family
My ollies do the same thing. It rotates under my feet and I do those accidental heelflips. The fix seems to be adjusting my knees forward so they are not over the board while crouching down.
Keep skating! Skate everywhere and get super comfy with it, bomb hills, get comfy popping the board and rolling over rough areas. All that makes such a difference before you even start doing flat ground tricks
From my observation it looks like you can use more momentum otherwise the board won’t go past the curb. What helped me was to practice doing ollies at faster speeds before attempting to do them off of curbs. Keep up the good work man, I’m rooting for you
a thing i did was forget about the curb completely, get used to ollie-ing with a bit of speed and then when you do go for it, just pretend youre doing it on flat ground :)
C'mon man I wanna see you do it !! I took a 6 year hiatus from skating and just spent 2 hours relearning old tricks in a random parking garage until like 2am lol. soaked in sweat but felt amazing. seeing this vid really got me really pumped for you. subbing rn waiting for next vid. I know you'll get it ;)
yeah its that commitment of staying on with that back foot. you do it once itll be much easier after that. i see skaters do that all the time. take the back foot off because its safe which causes the board to turn.
Your gonna get it so soon bro! I think that one of the biggest things you should work on is keeping your shoulders parallel with the board. I know that it's hard to not turn your shoulders when trying to commit to something like this, but once you can force yourself to stay squared up, the trick will be a lot less sketchy and easier to commit to!
im myself a noob but i think u might try to be in line with ur shoulders and the board, it looks like u doing a little turn to the left when u ollie which makes the ollie hard to land when u do it while driving, good video tho keep it up 💯

we love you tony
Ollie down curbs is easy, it's just an ollie with preparation to the landing, just don't land as soon as you're in the air
Tony straight up shredding in gm_construct
