Nice - job ! Just finished restoring a pair of A/F 1's NBA blue . I found it's easier to remove the sole unit , if you soak the shoes in warm water overnight .

it's not good stuff man!!! a real pro knows to use a Jordan Last!!!! the last gives the shoe the correct shaped and a press secures the flush bond!!! a last creates the correct conformity of Michael Jordan's foot eliminating and irregularity!!! imagine people in a nike factory doing this by hand!!!

Can an Aj1 sole swap with AF1? The only reason I don't buy AJ1 is because of the midsoles.
So you let the glue dry completely, then slowly heat up and form shoe to sole?
What tool is this?

My Jordan 1 low midsole just started unsticking but the stitching is intact, would the midsole drop off when I’m using it ?

At first it took me a couple hours per shoe. Now it could take like 1-2 hours total. I’m still learning
