I am Canadian and am quite sure that Nike decided not to give Canada a new kit for the tournament. Canadian players were protesting this decision by hiding the nike swoosh on their kits.
I really don’t get Nike’s apparent lethargy towards England. We’ve never had a decent shirt from them yet they can design some decent shirts for France and Poland for eg ... the FA need to ditch Nike and get Umbro back!

In a statement, Nike acknowledged Canada’s kit will remain the same: “Canada Soccer is on a different kit development cycle.” One possible reason for Canada not getting new World Cup kits is the rapid ascent of the Canada men’s team. So basically Nike did not anticipate Canada making the WC so they didn’t have a new kit in the works for them 🤦🏼♂️
You talked about how much you love flag implementations in kits and started of by grading qatars pretty highly but then Ecuador that have much more flag accents in the sides, collars, and sleeves below that in very subtle ways, seems contradicting...
