Dacia Sandero Mk3 / Jogger | High beam halogen to LED conversion

What is needed to convert the Dacia Sandero Mk3 high beams from halogen (H7) to LED.
This also applies to the derivative model Dacia Jogger, which uses the exact same headlight design from Varroc.
