Hi Wuraola, thank you very much for this video. Welldone. I was really looking for a review of Babcock's postgraduate studies.Where you receiving lectures every day of the week? I want to apply for the regular module although I am presently working and can't afford to leave my job, it is what is sustaining me presently. Also, I read Law as my first degree and want to apply for Msc Bus Admin, considering that you had a French background, do you think it is doable ?
Hello Jane Thank you for watching, yes we had classes Mondays - Fridays. If you’re working I don’t think you’ll be able to clear the regular mode. Also not to discourage you, if you’re down for what it comes with, you can try this mode as I also had classmates who had jobs but we all worked together concerning assignments and group works. Pray you’re paired with good individuals, you also must make intentional friendship to make your journey easier. Finally, yes you can study MSc Bus Admin. Just get prepared for this course called “Quantitative technique” 😂. In all you will do fine. Babcock is a great school. I’m wishing you good luck.
Hi Wuraola. Thank you for this video. I'd like to know if the online class was because of the covid period or generally, the postgraduate programme is run online? Also, can you give more information on the elongated programme please, as that's the one I plan to apply for. Many thanks.
Thanks a lot for the video, i just got admitted, the schoolfees has been sent to my email but there are no other fees, please can you tell me what to do so i can find out everything I'm to pay, thanks
Congratulations on your admission, the hostel fee when i was there wasn’t included as well because as a post graduate student you can choose to live outside school. I hope this was helpful
Hi Wura, thank you so much for this video. Hi Tobi, Congratulations on your admission. I just got admitted for my masters program too, if you don't mind can we chat privately? I can drop my info. Thank you.
Hi, thank you so much for this video. I have a couple of questions about the masters program in Babcock. For a program that says 3-5 semesters, how many years does it actually take?
I had 4 semesters and it lasted for 3years. Now it depends on the department, I had friends from other departments that graduated exactly in 2years. Just prepare for your project from the beginning as the project writing is what delays most people. I hope you found this helpful 🙏🏽
As for fees...is it just the fees on the website you paid for or were there more fees to be paid? Also do Masters Students habe to be on campus daily? Can masters student also have some sort of accomodation on campus?
Hello Tega, it's absolutely not the fees on the website you pay only. You will pay for 4 semesters as opposed to the 2/3 they advertised on their website. No, you don't have to be on campus daily. You can go only when you have classes or need to use the computer lab or the library. Masters can live outside campus 🙌🏾, drive around the school, drive out, or walk out to get food. There's that liberty.
This is great. I also finished from unilag and im about to start my postgraduate there. I'm trying to find out about their accommodation. Please do you know if the rules that applies to their undergraduates also apply to the PG students?
Congratulations to you🥳. Unlike the Undergrad, we post graduate candidates had the liberty to drive out of school but with a curfew (10pm) obviously if you’re staying inside the hostels. PG are also allowed to live outside school. The rules generally seems less strict on PG than UG. These were the differences I picked during my studies. I wish you a great study time! Babcock is a great school!
You have no idea how helpful this was for me. Thank you for posting this video 🙏🏾
You’re welcome Dave
