      @@McSnezzly that’s your opinion, it is not a fact. People can go through tumultuous times in their relationship and still come out on top. I’m also in this category. I’m a male, and my girlfriend and I have had issues, much like the woman in this video she would get anxiety and get defensive, not in the right state of mind, she would grab knives and hold them to me or herself. I would just wrestle it away because I know she wouldn’t actually try to hurt me. It comes down to miscommunication and interpretation. If you aren’t willing to forego the burden that may be put on you, then why bother even speaking on it because you know absolutely nothing about it? You have no idea of a true love. Nobody here needs to hear your weak minded opinion

    This was clearly a two-way abusive relationship. The fact that he's doing things like putting her in a chokehold, hitting her in her face (in front of others, no less), and cutting the cables of the tv as she's trying to leave... it just shows how volatile, and violent, their dynamic was. Relationships like this often end up with one person dying or near death. Angry, violent people need to work on fixing themselves instead of trying to fix others.

    • @eshablair4841

    • @rosalinaburton3061
      @rosalinaburton3061 2 ปีที่แล้ว +38

      Two way abusive relationships does not justify her stabbing him and does not excuse the light sentence for a death. He was not violent in his past relationship which means that the violence in the new relationship was likely a dynamic she brought into the relationship and he was being reactive. Ever watched Tina Turners movie where she starts fighting back with him. That is a common dynamic that comes up in abusive relationships. My parents would get in fights but my father was the aggressor and my mother felt trapped in the dynamic. For all we know, that was their dynamic, her first being abusive and him being caught in the abusive cycle.

    When someone has a sucking chest wound you need to immediately roll them on their side of the wound so the other lung doesn’t start filling up with blood. Because you probably don’t likely have a pneumothorax chest seal, you need to apply pressure to the wound until the paramedics arrive. Doing chest compressions is not what you want to do with gunshots or stabs, the man isn’t having a heart attack, they are losing blood fast, the bleeding is what needs to be focused on.

      @@NikkiC777 Happy to help spread my small amount of knowledge! I am ex military and I saw the medical progression through the OEF/OIF years in regards to gunshots and shrapnel wounds. They used to teach ABC (airway, breathing, circulation) in the combat lifesaver course but now everything is bleeding first. The major risk here is rapid loss of blood leading to shock and death. Doing a "blood sweep" on the whole body is necessary to to make sure there aren't wounds you cant immediately see. If it's a large knife wound to the body thats not a lung issue, applying pressure dressings are necessary and any extremity that is bleeding profusely and especially "squirting" blood every heartbeat (arterial wound) needs an immediate tourniquet. Loss of blood is the primary focus.

In the stabbing scenario, there was no chokehold & the attack was unexpected before the killer went again for the knife & intentionally inflicted damage.

    Anyone who has been in a toxic relationship can be related to this chapter. Its important to make the right decision before its too late. My ex husband was a completely bipolar and I was becoming like him, sand and angry all the time and I got to the point where I couldn't recognise myself anymore. Every time I asked for divorce, he'll refuse but when I decided to leave, he reported me to the police for "being violent and ,apparently, trying to kill him". Thanks to God I was able to proof my innocence and what type of person he really was and is. He used my culture and race to frame me and set me up. - Advice: once the relationship becomes irrational, leave. Always trust your instincts.

    Yikes, they were both SUPER toxic to each other. The scary thing is, when people get to an escalated state of anger and violence, they just see red. I honestly don't even think either of them knew what was happening, it was just pure hatred between them and they should never have gotten back together. I hate saying this, but it was only a matter of time that one of them killed each other after resuming their relationship.

      That was kinda off-putting. She said she believed GOD placed her there that night to be the victim's voice of truth about what actually happened but then she kept stuttering & saying she wasn't sure about critical parts of what she supposedly witnessed. A conviction was still secured anyways, I guess.

      His heart had stopped, he was basically dead at that point, no breathing, no heart beat, restarting the heart becomes top priority, wounds don't bleed with a stopped heart. Order of operations get the heart started then worry about plugging the wound.

  • @kadeehenson4035

    The pain and suffering in his son's eyes at the end when he was talking about his dad. . . Oh my gosh. My heart hurts for this baby. That monster of a woman deserves so much more than 4 years. She took that man's life, that boy's father, and did it all out of vain. I understand being in an abusive relationship, my girls father tried to kill me in front of my children, so I definitely know what it feels like being abused. But some times, more often than we know, the abuse comes from a woman and one day the man finally gets tired of being hit on, spit on, things thrown at them, ect and they are only human. They have the right to fight back. They should've ended their relationship long before this final fight that ended this mans life.
    WE ALL KNOW IF IT WAS THE OTHER WAY AROUND AND HE HAD KILLED HER, THERE WOULD BE SO MUCH COVERAGE, SO MUCH HATE FOR HIM. The judge would've handed his ass to him in court if this were a black man killing his pretty white girlfriend. But nah. White privilege seriously is a thing, and it disgusts and disappoints me to my core. Bitch will not learn her lesson and I'm sure we will hear about this one again, probably in a Similar scenario, hopefully not with the same outcome though. She was not tried fairly and needs to be brought back to court and get a proper sentencing.
    This shit ridiculous

    Obviously she deserved a harsher punishment, she killed a man 4 years is a slap on the wrist honestly. However they were both abusive and it was gonna end in disaster since they refused to leave each other. It's sad a man is dead The biggest victim is the son that has to grow up without a father.
