Catania's New Aussie Backing | Socceroos legends Bresciano and Grella's Italian revival

Vince Grella and Ross Pelligra, together with Socceroos legend Mark Bresciano, are spearheading a revival of Catania Football Club. Having played their football in Italy's Serie A as recently as 2013/14, the club was dissolved entirely after off-field controversies, various take-over attempts, and many relegations. In June 2022, Australian entrepreneur Pelligra won the right to take charge of the club, and his investment has led to the club’s registration back into Serie D.
