Great respect for your hard work. I am from Fiji and my parents made chulla like that for our outdoor kitchen when I was little and the food cooked in that was so quick and delicious. However we had a single one not 3 together . This is amazing..
My mother had an elevated one, made on a table built from the clay mud in the yard after cutting 'steps' along the way downhill from the house. Underneath was wood storage and it had 3 'chimneys' of different sizes and elevation for different purposes. She built this in Trinidad in the Caribbean
