Pro tip: you dont need to time the block taps on sp2. if you spam the block button, it still works

Didnt see the buff honestly.
They got rid of spam block to get max solar charges during sp2... on a game where they still manage to drop inputs mid combo. Yeah, I'm lucky if i get to 8 most fights.
