There are lots of muslim guys from Sri Lanka. They may support fellow muslims. But when it comes to renewal of visa , those unregistered companies will not support. Then these poor guys will understand their position..

If your company having office in japan, there is way to come to japan through you company sponsor. (I.e intra company transferee) visa. This visa allows you to come here without Japanese language. Your Technical skills is enough. No need to learn Japanese. note: you can survive without Japanese , initial few days will be difficult, but you can manage within couple of days. It’s ok to learn Japanese once you settled down.
Also pls note: Most companies like ( CTS, wipro, infy, hcl, TCS) will transfer you, if you have latest niche technologies( Data, cloud , Devops..etc) . But not for old technologies. Also 1.5 yrs experience is not sufficient. You need to have at least 3+ yrs of experience.
@@japantamilbros Bro pls be specific for IT jobs. There are multiple ways to come to japan without Japanese. I came here with out Japanese in 2015. And I know many of friends came like me. We all well settled here. The only thing is which technology you are working.
