Laughter is the best medicine, but also seeing some fail knowing "I could do better". Man i just realized that the interview portion is just Tony digging for and giving the comedians material from their lives. The whole show is a lesson / workshop he does for everyone that comes up.
I mean he also makes tons of cash in the end but doing that equally for everyone is pretty fucking cool of him. Even if he bombs he makes something funny happen and thats great ammunition for the comedians next set.
