Man, I really miss the old Color Pulse line from L'Oreal. They were the first hair dyes I used a good 22 years ago but they foamed out like this and had some staying power! I remember they lasted for a good few months on my virgin hair lol my poor mother. This was her solution to "no you may not dye your hair you are 8 years old". We cycled through their Copper Blast, Red Pulse, Funky Purple, Chilled plum, and Electric Black (really more of a dark purple, but baby bat me was still happy). I think you can still get it in Europe but I know they were discontinued in the USA a WHILE ago. such a shame because it's so hard to find a product that's so easy to apply on your entire head while also actually coloring virgin hair. They smelled good too!

I was considering the mushroom colour to cover the grey in my dark blond hair. But it's a bit too light. Plus the smell. I'm so glad you commented about it, because just a hint of smell of black licorice would have me ill. So no go for me
I’m not understanding how your hair is so blonde and perfect. Mine has been destroyed over and over trying to be blonde. And I had it blonde for years myself but no salon can get it to a blonde without making me bald. It’s so disappointing and honestly heart breaking.
I've literally have had zero issues getting splat out my hair with a bleach bath. Sometimes it takes two rounds, but every time I got the colors out. I've done all the colors and the only one that gave me some trouble was the pinks
Ive had a bottle of splat midnight ruby since september of 2017 and i most recently used it to dye my hair pink in 2021. It worked fine but faded quickly. Definitely not my favorite brand but it was accessible and cheap as a teenager lmao, that one bottle dyed my short hair red twice, and then pink 3 more times, and i still have some left. I really should throw it away

The violet is beautiful but be sure to use a conditioner with protein beforehand if you bleached recently to equalize the porosity! When I freshly bleached my hair these absorbed hellaaaaaa
I had the opposite effect with splots, I bleached my sister's hair and dyed it blood red she used one wash and it faded to Pink, so I've never used it again because I never have a good result with splots

Are use the Redken bonding treatment in place of the Crème of Nature treatment then follow up with the cream of nature shampoo and conditioner after using the Redken acidic bonding concentrate treatment for 14%. Could you get the benefits of both and use them together and how would you recommend doing it?

Splat is by far the worst color line I’ve tried. It always fades and bleeds onto everything. It’s the only color that actually stained my towels and pillowcases after MULTIPLE washes. It doesn’t fade gracefully, it hemorrhages color and still manages to stain.
